(Hina) - The government's efforts to overcome the
crisis by restoring order and enforcing laws, consolidating state
finances, restructuring and downsizing the state and public sector,
and adopting measures for economic recovery and new growth, as stated
by Prime Minister Zoran Milanovic in his first report on the state of
the nation in the parliament, are steps in the right direction, but it
remains to be seen what budgetary savings will be achieved through the
government's fiscal guidelines, economic analysts said after the
premier's speech in the parliament on Tuesday.
