ZAGREB, Sept 17
(Hina) - Prime Minister Zoran Milanovic stated on
Tuesday that during the talks with the Hungarian MOL oil company it
needs to be seen what obligations MOL has toward the shareholders'
agreement with Croatia's INA oil company to invest into INA's
infrastructure and refineries as well as what obligations it has
toward the Croatian government concerning the contract on the gas
business and if the appeal trial confirms the sentence against former
PM Ivo Sanader in the INA-MOL case, then this could raise the question
of the contract's validity.
