(Hina) - European Union Commissioner
Neven Mimica of Croatia said in Strasbourg on Wednesday that the
Commission had not yet taken a stand on a recent letter from Croatian
Justice Minister Orsat Miljenic in which he said that Croatia would
change its law on the application of the European Arrest Warrant (EAW)
and that the amended law would go into force on July 15 next year.
