(Hina) - Justice Minister Orsat Miljenic has sent a
letter to European Justice Commissioner Viviane Reding on Wednesday,
drawing her attention to general shortcomings in the enforcement of
the European Arrest Warrant and presenting the Croatian government's
opinion on how to resolve the problems that have arisen.
