(Hina) - Croatian high school students won two gold
and two silver medals at the International Geography Olympiad which
took place in Kyoto, Japan on July 30-August 5, ranking second and
scoring one of Croatia's biggest successes at international science
Olympiads, the state commission for geography competitions said on
Tuesday.
Croatian high school students also won two bronze medals at the International Olympiad on Astronomy and Astrophysics which took place in Volos, Greece on July 27-August 5 among 182 participating students from 35 countries, the Zagreb Planetarium said on Tuesday.
