PODGORICA, July 31
(Hina) - Montenegrin human rights activists on
Wednesday criticised the Montenegrin judicial authorities over the
ruling in the case of four former Yugoslav People's Army (JNA)
reservists accused of war crimes committed against Croatian prisoners
of war in the Morinj camp in 1992, saying that it did not include
people who had ordered such crimes but only those who had executed
orders.
