(Hina) - Croatian President Ivo Josipovic
finds the decision of Zagreb Commercial Court judge Mislav Kolakusic
to suspend Dalekovod's pre-bankruptcy proceedings until the
Constitutional Court assesses the constitutionality of the relevant
legislation to be his legitimate move, but has also expressed
understanding for Finance Minister Slavko Linic's response who said
that he was appalled by the judge's decision.
