ZAGREB, July 17
(Hina) - Croatian President Ivo Josipovic said on
Wednesday he was confident that the second instance ruling in the
lawsuit which Potrosac, a consumer protection group, filed against
eight commercial banks over loans indexed in Swiss francs, would not
be biassed, refuting claims by Potrosac that the banks were trying to
exert pressure on the judiciary through the government so that a court
of second instance would rule in their favour.
