ZAGREB, July 4
(Hina) - Trade union federations on Thursday
unanimously welcomed the ruling of the Zagreb Commercial Court in
favour of the plaintiff over the contentious contracts for loans tied
to the Swiss franc and eight banks' unilateral decision to increase
interest rates, which the unionists see as one more argument
corroborating their claims that the foreign currency clauses in loan
contracts are contrary to the national constitution.
