Pusic began her Serbian visit by meeting with Nikolic, after which she met with Foreign Minister Ivan Mrkic and First Deputy PM Aleksandar Vucic.
In the afternoon, she was also scheduled to meet with Deputy PM for European Integration Suzana Grubjesic and PM Ivica Dacic.
Nikolic himself raised the issue of his attendance at the Zagreb celebration recently by noting on the fringes of a Bratislava summit that he would attend if Croatia "doesn't insult Serbia" by inviting Kosovo President Atifete Jahjaga as Kosovo's official representative at the event.
The Croatian government confirmed today that Nikolic's attendance was expected and welcome, and that his name had been registered alongside those of the other guests.
Kosovo's President Jahjaga also confirmed her arrival in Zagreb for the 30 June ceremony.
