(Hina) - Croatia does not understand the notion of
conflict of interest and the entire problem remains outstanding even
after 63 amendments to legislation and the establishment of a dozen
institutions for their implementation, according to a research project
on conflict of interest in South-Eastern Europe, conducted by the
Partnership for Social Development NGO in 2012, whose findings were
presented on Monday.
