BELGRADE, June 1
(Hina) - The former chief of the Serbian State
Security Service (SDB), Jovica Stanisic, and the former commander of
the SDB special operations unit, Franko Simatovic, whom the
International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) on
Thursday acquitted, pending appeal, of all charges of war crimes in
Croatia and Bosnia, said in their first address to the press that they
were satisfied with the tribunal's ruling.
