We opted for cooperation with international institutions, in this case with the ICTY, and we will persevere in that commitment. As regards today's ruling, it is not final. The whole process is still under way and we will see what the final outcome will be, Pusic said at a joint press conference with Hague, who was visiting Croatia.
Hague said London fully supported the work of the ICTY (International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia) because reconciliation in the future envisaged solving issues from the past.
That's our position. These are judicial proceedings and I don't want to use the opportunity to talk about a possible outcome. Whatever the tribunal decides, we fully support it, the foreign secretary said.
