(Hina) - The president of the Croatian Bishops'
Conference (HBK), Zelimir Puljic, said on Wednesday that the
Constitutional Court's ruling abolishing the Health Education
Curriculum was the confirmation of the creation of the legal order and
the judicial system in Croatia, underlining that the Church was not
against the health education but only against the contentious Module
