The largest, SHSZUZ union of aviation employees today signed an agreement to accede to the new collective agreement, the management said, adding that the SKOZ and HSPP unions continued to show no understanding for the required company restructuring.
International and domestic flights will be rescheduled tomorrow and partial disruptions are expected, with some passengers to be transferred by partner airlines, the management said, adding that about 16 per cent of the booked passengers could expect disruptions.
Pilots and flight attendants went on strike at 6 a.m. today, demanding their acquired rights be retained in the new collective agreement.
