SARAJEVO, May 6
(Hina) - The police in Kosovo on Monday notified the
authorities of Bosnia and Herzegovina that they had apprehended Naser
Kelmendi, suspected of trafficking drugs to Europe through the
Balkans, however Pristina informed that it could not hand over
Kelmendi to Bosnia, where he is wanted on organised crime charges, as
he is a Kosovo citizen and due to the fact that Bosnia has not yet
recognised the independence of Kosovo.
