"We would like to send a message that our strength does not lie in the fact that we can use force, but our strength is to reassure people that this is the only possible and realistic solution (the recent Brussels agreement between Belgrade and Pristina), which will pave the way for the country's progress and a different future for its citizens," Vucic told reporters during his visit to Batajnica Military Air Base.
Vucic and disgruntled Serbs from the north of Kosovo are to meet in Belgrade on Tuesday. The Serbian official is also expected to visit Kosovo Serbs on 12 May to discuss models for the implementation of the Brussels agreement, which representatives of local Serbs found to be unacceptable.
Dissatisfied Kosovo Serb leaders have announced a protest rally "We Remain in Serbia" for 10 May in the Serbian capital of Belgrade.
