ZAGREB, April 18
(Hina) - Prime Minister Zoran Milanovic on Thursday
asserted that two bills - one on strategic investments and the other
on hydrocarbons - were special laws which did not need to be aligned
to general legislation, and that the only thing that was important was
that they were not in contradiction to the constitution or the
principle of legal order, at the end of the day's cabinet meeting.
