In its programme documents, the SPP is defined as a centre-right party.
Budimir said at the session he hoped the SPP's arrival on the political scene would mark the beginning of recovery of a Bosnian society faced with a deep crisis caused by irresponsible parties in power.
"Our programme is the preservation of BiH, full equality of all three constituent peoples and others on BiH territory, the fight against corruption and crime, and economic development," he said.
Budimir was a member of the Croatian Party of Rights, which he left dissatisfied with how it was run.
