ZAGREB, April 6
(Hina) - Although the cantonal court in the Bosnian
capital of Sarajevo has turned down a request by Croatia's Justice
Ministry regarding the enforcement of a verdict which the Zagreb
County Court handed down in 2010 against businessman Miroslav Kutle,
the Croatian State Prosecutor's Office (DORH) said on Friday evening
that as the country in which the verdict was delivered Croatia "keeps
the right to execute the said verdict".
