The two presidents will speak in private, to be followed by talks between the official delegations and the signing of a presidential declaration.

Aliyev will also hold talks with Parliament Speaker Josip Leko and Prime Minister Zoran Milanovic.
The talks will discuss the development of bilateral relations, notably in light of Croatia's upcoming accession to the European Union, as well as cooperation in culture, science and tourism.
Aliyev will be accompanied by the ministers of foreign affairs, economic development, culture and tourism.
