ZAGREB, Feb 25
(Hina) - The Croatian Ministry of Justice and the
Delegation of the European Union in Croatia on Monday held the closing
ceremony for the EUR 1.2 million twinning project "Development of the
Probation Services in Croatia" aimed at reduce the prison population
and increasing the efficiency of the criminal justice system by
dealing with more offenders in the community, thus raising the level
of humanity and the protection of human rights.
