ZAGREB, Feb 8
(Hina) - Zagreb County Court on Friday upheld an
indictment in the case dubbed Bankomat, in which the Office for the
Suppression of Corruption and Organised Crime (USKOK) accused former
Hrvatska Postanska Banka (HPB) CEO Josip Protega and ten other
suspects of approving risky loans and thus defrauding at least HRK 255
million from this state-owned postal bank.
