(Hina) - The European Union has lost patience with
Bosnia and Herzegovina, and unless the country's politicians agree by
the end of March to amend the Constitution and abolish electoral
legislation that discriminates against ethnic minorities Brussels
plans to freeze its relations with Sarajevo "for a longer while",
