(Hina) - Access to information and state budget
documents in Croatia is above average but in order for citizens to
truly be involved in the decision-making process of budget revenue and
expenditure it is necessary to improve the quality and scope of
accessible information, the latest results of a survey, "Index of the
openness of the 2012 budget", released on Wednesday by the Institute
of Public Finances (IJF).
