ZAGREB, Dec 23
(Hina) - The Mayor of Vukovar, Zeljko Sabo, on Sunday
commented on the possibility of bilingualism being introduced in
Vukovar after the 2011 census revealed that over a third of the town's
population were members of the Serb ethnic minority, in which case
bilingualism is guaranteed under the Constitutional Law on the Rights
of Ethnic Minorities.
