Cardinal Bozanic responded to questions by journalists during a presentation of Pope Benedict XVI (Joseph Ratzinger) latest book "The Childhood of Jesus", saying that the Church does not make decisions on some matters but points out the need for civil consensus and respect for procedure and as such calls for a public debate with regard to the question of introducing health education where procedure has not been adhered to.
The dignitary warned that the proposed model of health education was dangerous as "some sections devastate man".
