(Hina) - The Croatian Supreme Court has refused to
extradite journalist Vicdan Ozerdem to Turkey which has charged her
with terrorism, as it established that the statute of limitation for
the crime she is accused of in Turkey has expired, Croatian civil
society associations said at a news conference in Zagreb on Tuesday
after they reported that the Supreme Court overturned the Dubrovnik
county court's ruling that prerequisites were met for the Turkish
reporter's extradition to Turkey.
