(Hina) - The new Courts Act which the government sent
to parliament on Thursday is intended to improve the efficiency of the
courts by empowering court presidents and expanding the authority of
court counsellors, introducing the institute of a court administration
manager and elaborating the institute of judicial inspection in an
effort to protect the rights of parties to trial within a reasonable
time, Justice Minister Orsat Miljenic said.
