(Hina) - The Speaker of the Croatian Parliament,
Josip Leko, received the newly-appointed US Ambassador to Croatia,
Kenneth Herbert Merten, on Thursday and the two officials said that
relations between Croatia and the United States were excellent, Leko's
office said in a statement.
