ZAGREB, Nov 22
(Hina) - The Serb Democratic Forum (SDF) told a news
conference on Thursday that "worrying incidents are occurring where
penalties are being issued exclusively to Serb returnees to Areas of
Special State Concern (ASSC) for failure to cultivate their farmland",
and that this nongovernmental organisation representing ethnic Serbs
was informed of about one hundred such cases in the Dvor na Uni,
Kostajnica and Kordun areas of central Croatia.
