(Hina) - If the first-instance ruling made by the
Zagreb County Court against Sanader is confirmed as a final after
appeals proceedings, this will be a great stride in the
anti-corruption drive, said Jadranka Kosor, a Croatian Democratic
Union (HDZ) parliamentarian, who succeeded Ivo Sanader as the prime
minister and the HDZ leader after he abruptly stepped down in July
2009.
