(Hina) - The defence team for former Prime Minister
Ivo Sanader said in their closing arguments before the Zagreb County
Court on Thursday that their client was not guilty of war profiteering
in the Hypo Alpe Adria Bank case or of taking a bribe from the
Hungarian oil company MOL, and should therefore be acquitted.
