Agrokor has invested EUR 450 million during its ten years in Serbia and this year it expects to make EUR 800 million in consolidated revenue.
Speaking to Tanjug news agency, Todoric said Agrokor had turned the companies it had taken over in Serbia into competitive and sustainable firms.
He said Agrokor employed 6,500 people in Serbia and that it was happy with them as well as with the way the Serbian market accepted Agrokor's brands such as the Idea retail chain and the Frikom and Dijamant companies.
Todoric said Agrokor would continue to invest in the region in accordance with its profits.
