ZAGREB, Oct 5
(Hina) - The Croatian Financial Services Supervisory
Agency (HANFA) has stopped the proceedings for establishing the
obligation of the town of Opatija to make public its bid for the
takeover of a stock in the Liburnia Riviera Hotels (LRH), after the
High Administrative Court ruled that there is no legal obligation for
Opatija and the municipalities of Matulji, Moscenicka Draga and Lovran
to publish their bid for the acquisition in the LRH given that,
according to the court, they had originally acquired 25% plus one
share in that hotel company headquartered in the seaside resort of
Opatija.
