(Hina) - Germany's RWE will not participate in the
first round of the selection of companies interested in a strategic
partnership with the Croatian power supply company HEP in the design,
construction and management of the Plomin C thermal power plant but is
willing to provide technical know-how, the RWE said on Friday.
