BELGRADE, Aug 9
(Hina) - The War Crimes Department of the Belgrade
High Court has confirmed that a plea agreement was reached between
Branislav Mladic, a relative of the accused Bosnian Serb wartime
military commander Ratko Mladic, and war crimes prosecutors, under
which Branislav Mladic was sentenced to one year in prison suspended
for three years for helping Ratko Mladic evade justice for years,
Serbian media said on Thursday.
