Josipovic believes that at present, Croatian Prime Minister Zoran Milanovic and Tomislav Karamarko, the leader of Croatia's strongest opposition party, the HDZ, can find a solution without his involvement, the paper was told.
The comment came in the wake of media announcements that Josipovic might invite the ruling coalition parties and the opposition to agree on a solution to the Croatian-Bosnian border issue.
According to announcements, the Croatian government could recommend to parliament in the autumn the ratification of a border agreement signed in 1999 by the then Croatian and Bosnian presidents, Franjo Tudjman and Alija Izetbegovic respectively.
