ZAGREB, May 15
(Hina) - The statement made by former member of the
Croatian Army's 7th Guards Brigade Ivica Krklec, in which he confessed
to the charges and accused his commander Tihomir Savoric and comrade
in arms Alen Toplek of killing four civilians in a military operation
in neighbouring Bosnia and Herzegovina in 1995, was found to be
illegal and was excluded from the case file by the Zagreb County Court
on Tuesday.
