ZAGREB, April 27
(Hina) - Former government spokesman Ratko Macek
told the Zagreb County Court on Friday that all decisions made by the
Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ) presidency had been adopted
unanimously after debates on matters, including decisions to amend the
INA shareholders' agreement with Hungary's MOL which enabled the
Hungarians to take over a controlling interest in the national
Croatian oil and gas group.
