ZAGREB, April 13
(Hina) - A member of the management board of the
INA oil company, Ivan Kresic, said in the trial in the INA-MOL case on
Friday that since the amendment of INA's shareholders' agreement,
agreed between the Hungarian oil company MOL and the government of
former Croatian prime minister Ivo Sanader, the Croatian oil company
had been developing as MOL's subsidiary instead of being a strong,
independent regional company.
