OSIJEK, March 24
(Hina) - A wreath-laying ceremony was held in
Osijek on Saturday in commemoration of the death of three police
officers and one civilian who were killed on 24 March 1992 by a shell
fired by rebel Serbs from eastern Croatian areas, occupied at the time
by Serb paramilitaries supported by the then Yugoslav People's Army.
