BELGRADE, Jan 27
(Hina) - The Appellate Court in Belgrade on
Thursday reduced prison terms for 14 men convicted of the murder of
French soccer supporter Brice Tuton, who was killed in the Serbian
capital in 2009. The Appellate Court established that the crime was
"grave murder", however, Djordje Prelic who was convicted of first
degree murder and sentenced to 35 years in jail at the trial will
serve 15 years in prison, according to the ruling of the
higher-instance court.
