HERZEG-BOSNIAN OFFICIALS ACUSES UN FORCES

MOSTAR, Dec 23 (Hina) - The Defence Ministry of Herzeg-Bosnia issued the statement accusing behavior of members of the UNPROFOR British Battalion who escorted the "White Road" convoy for Nova Bila. The statement said that conduct of these soldiers was far away from good name of British Army and United Nations. Herzeg-Bosnian officials said that British peace keepers did not want to transport and protect members of the convoy in the moment when it was obvious that Muslim forces intended to attack them. "That is why the UNPROFOR takes direct responsibility for death of one and wounding of five convoy members", said the statement. Referring to this, the Defence Ministry of Herzeg-Bosnia will propose reconsideration of the global policy of Herzeg-Bosnia towards peace forces.
