TTEE RELEASE
SPLIT, Nov 24 (Hina) - The State Military Attorney from Split issued a
public release today on the occasion of the intrusion of "unknown
persons dressed in Croatian Army uniforms" into the flat of the
Godinovic family, which was the topic of the statement released by the
Croatian Helsinki Committee yesterday.
"We have submitted a request for collecting the necessary information
and undertaking certain procedures with the aim of preventing the
illegal and irregular behaviour of those who were involved in the
alleged activities," the proposal says.
"Namely, according to the statements by those who pressed the charges,
seven persons dressed in Croatian Army uniforms forcefully moved into a
flat of the Godinovic family in the night of November 11 1993 and
imprisoned them in one part of the flat," the statement says.
