ZAGREB, Nov 19 (Hina) - UNHCR will be able to continue delivering
humanitarian aid to central Bosina in next four to five days if all
conditions are fulfilled, said on Friday UNHCR spokesman in Zagreb Peter
Kessler.
The first condition should be a specific decision on the resumption of
the humanitarian operations by UN Secretary General Boutros Ghali and
Co-Chairman of International Peace Conference Thorvald Stoltenberg. Such
a decision will be made in the case of ceasefire in central Bosnia. The
leaders of all warring factions in Bosnia should warn the military
commanders on ground of their obligations determined by the Common
Declaration signed in Geneva past Thursday. The humanitarian aid
deliveries to central Bosnia were suspended a month ago when Muslim
forces killed the Danish UNHCR driver near Novi Travnik.
