MOSTAR, Nov 11 (HBNA/Hina) - The Muslim Army intensified attacks on the
entire battlefield of the Croatian Republic of Herzeg-Bosnia in the last 24
hours, said a report by the Croatian Defence Council (HVO) HQ issued on
Thursday morning.
The fiercest Muslim attacks were registered in Kuberi, Kratina, Loncari
and Bobasi in the Vitez municipality. All the attacks were repelled, three
Muslim soldiers killed and ammunition captured. The Muslim artillery
targeted Vitez and the villages of Zaselje and Jelin Sokak. No casualties
were reported.
Other areas of central Bosnia were also exposed to Muslim attacks. The
Muslim Army opened fire from all kinds of weapons at the HVO positions and
sections in the municipalities of Novi Travnik and Busovaca. Two HVO
members were killed in yesterday's fighting on the free territory of
Fojnica and the municipality of Kiseljak.
Unsuccessful Muslim attacks in the Zepce municipality were directed at
Blagojevica Brdo and Varda. In the areas of Uskoplje and Rama, the Muslim
Army occasionally opened fire at HVO positions while the village of
Dobrosin (Uskoplje) was hit by 12 shells. Muslim sharp-shooters were
spotted in the town of Uskoplje (Gornji Vakuf), and a part of the town
controlled by HVO came under mortar fire.
In the Mostar area, Muslims opened fire on HVO positions. A regrouping of
Muslim Army was spotted in the town of Mostar, said the HVO HQ.
