BELGRADE, Nov 11 (Hina) - The local authorities of the Serbs from Knin
concluded that the negotiations with the Croatian Government on a cease-
fire and establishing traffic communications should continue emergently.
According to this morning's broadcast of the Belgrade radio, one of those
local leaders, Djordje Bjegovic, said that the negotiations should resume
by mediation of the Deputies Co-Chairmen of the Conference on the Former
Yugoslavia. The local Knin authorities also requested that one of the
issues of the agenda at next talks would be changes of the U.N.S.C.
Resolution 820, Djordje Bjegovic said to the Belgrade radio.
