HELP $ ZAGREB, Nov 9 (Hina) - The Croatian Government Office for Refugees and Displaced Persons said Monday that Croatia cannot provide heating for about a half of a million refugees. The Office requested in its statement for immediate help from home and foreign humanitarian organizations. "If governments of the third countries do not provide accommodation for some refugees and give urgent material and financial support, the refugees have to spend the winter under tents," said the statement by the Croatian Government Office for Refugees and Displaced Persons. 090744 MET nov 93
