ZAGREB DOCTORS TO HELP THEIR COLLEAGUES AT NOVA BILA

ZAGREB, Nov 8 (Hina) - Zagreb doctors staged a protest rally on Monday because of the blockade of the Franciscan hospital at Nova Bila and the indifference of international humanitarian organizations at the suffering of the Croatian population in central Bosnia. The doctors at Nova Bila work in very difficult conditions, lacking adequate medical equipment and medicines. For that reason it was agreed that Zagreb doctors would go to Nova Bila to help their colleagues. A proposal was made at the rally that the Zagreb School of Medicine grant an award for humanity to the Franciscan hospital at Nova Bila. 082039 MET nov 93
